1200 schools, over 45000 employees and 1.3 million children and growing KVS, is one of the largest and amongst the most high profile centrally managed education institutions in the world with famous and high profile alumnus. The management sought a way to get their heads of schools and other teacher’s remain aware, directed, inspired and happy. We successfully boosted desire, inspired and happy, We successfully boosted their mood, inspiration, attitude, bullets and built in a desire to strive for more. In 2018, their efforts paid off as they outperformed NVS academic performance with 98.75 against 98.38.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan
With over 600 schools, 2200 employees and over 300,000 students, NVS is also another one of the biggest and unique schooling systems in the word which have produced some of the most famous alumni. Employee stress, safety at schools, and low morale, pessimistic attitude were some of the key concerns here. We conducted programs for the top management as well as heads of schools and teachers on the importance of having a safe work culture, how to overcome failures, the role awareness, teamwork etc. and their impact on the image and character of a school.
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti
The objective here was to increase production capacity, bring down higher production costs, work safety were some of the key challenges at the NDMC’s project at Bacheli, Dantewada. They wanted their workers to realize their potential, discover their key strengths, take responsibility and believe in them that they can turn things around. Our invention helped the production team become aware of their capacity, resilience, endurance, determination & safety in order to become an evolved, effective and a happy workforce.

The steel industry batting low steel prices, increasing competition besides other challenges brought in other issues like low financial growth resulting in lowered employee morale and thus the need to get cracking was the reason for them to engage with us. Our intervention at junior executive and middle-level management included making them address their weakness & core strengths, the value that great synergetic teams convert adversities and opportunities into success. Experiential activity-based learning made them understand, reflect and self assess their performance besides enhancing other key abilities.
